The Mawhiba website (https://www.mawhiba.org) and Mawhiba's social media channels (such as Twitter and YouTube) are the electronic interface for all the Foundation's programs and services and a renewable source of knowledge targeting all segments of society. It is also the starting point for many Mawhiba students. The website is an important reference for specialists and those interested in the field of talent and creativity. Through the Mawhiba digital library, you can obtain diverse motivational and awareness content and refer to unique specialized scientific sources in talent and creativity in the Middle East. Also, through the Mawhiba website, students and their caregivers can benefit from Mawhiba's available services and programs, and learn about the Foundation's latest news and events.

Mawhiba works to communicate with its digital audience through the Foundation's official accounts on social media and newsletters. These channels constitute a direct point of contact with Mawhiba’s digital audience, through which the latest information about the organization, its services and programs is provided, and the culture of talent and creativity is spread through diverse and specialized motivational awareness content.

It is Mawhiba's policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable international intellectual property law (including in Saudi Arabia), including removing infringing content and disabling the accounts of repeat infringers.

Talent may provide User with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, text message or by posting them on the Site or the Services.

User agrees that if Talent fails to exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy provided for in the Terms (or to which Talent has the benefit under any applicable law), this will not be deemed a formal waiver of Talent’s rights and such rights and remedies will remain available to Talent.

If any provision of these Terms is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, such provision will be severed from the Terms without affecting the remainder of the Terms and the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

The services and content provided by Mawhiba websites or channels may change at any time and without notice.

Mawhiba periodically reviews its commitment to this privacy, and any questions or inquiries regarding this privacy or the processing of personal information can be directed by contacting Mawhiba.

Mawhiba may stop (temporarily or permanently) providing the Services (or any of the features of the Services) or change their features, terms of use or related policies without prior notice.

The User understands and agrees that if he uses the Services after the date on which the General Terms or Additional Terms are amended, Mawhiba will consider his use of the Services as acceptance of the amended General Terms and Additional Terms.

The Mawhibati app may request location access to verify the user's presence within the facility's boundaries before allowing them to check in or out (attendance). Location is not tracked outside of actual usage time, and location data is not collected or shared for advertising or commercial purposes. Users can control location access permissions through their device settings.
