King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) has unveiled its new corporate identity, an extension of an institutional transformation that marks a pivotal milestone in its history. By evolving its business model and reinforcing its strategic directions, the Foundation aims to align with national priorities in human capability development, as well as research, development, and innovation.
The new identity draws inspiration from the seal of King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud—may God have mercy on him—underscoring its national depth and foundational roots. This design bridges a storied heritage with Mawhiba’s mission to identify and foster gifted and creative students, nurture innovation, and amplify its sustainable national impact.
Mawhiba emphasized that the qualitative leaps achieved in identifying, fostering, and empowering the gifted are attributed first to God's grace, and then to the generous support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the continuous empowerment of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect them. These efforts have solidified the Foundation's position as a leading national model for investing in Saudi human capital, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to develop human capabilities, build a competitive knowledge-based economy, and create a more prosperous future for the nation.
The Foundation indicated that the new identity represents a renewed launch that consolidates a more integrated institutional culture and fosters a spirit of initiative and innovation. This identity marks a new chapter in the Foundation’s journey, drawing inspiration from the nation’s deep-rooted heritage. Furthermore, the Foundation takes great pride in bearing the name of the Kingdom's founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, may God have mercy on him, and his founding companions. Consequently, the conceptual elements of the new visual identity have been derived from the King's seal, carrying a profound national symbolism that embodies the continuity of the mission and aligns with our core belief in identifying the gifted and creative individuals, fostering a culture of innovation, and creating a sustainable impact.
King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) is a leading national institution with a global reputation for identifying, fostering, and empowering the gifted. Under the umbrella of the King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation (KAHF), it operates according to a national strategy developed to cultivate talent in priority scientific fields. These efforts support the development of a knowledge-based society, foster a culture of innovation, and contribute significantly to national development.
