Why was my child denied admission to Mawhiba Classes? I hope you can clarify the reasons.
No application for the program was rejected. However, due to the high volume of applicants and the limited number of available seats, your child has been placed on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted during the upcoming period.
I contacted the school and was told there was a seat available. Why wasn’t my child accepted?
Admission is granted to students with the highest scores on the Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT) and is limited to those officially registered through the system.
Is it possible for siblings who passed the MMCAT to be placed in the same school? If one of them did not pass, would they still be accepted because their sibling was?
If all siblings pass the MMCAT, their placement in a particular school will depend on each one’s individual score, as priority is given to students with the highest scores. However, any student who does not pass the test will not be accepted, even if their sibling is among those admitted to the Mawhiba Classes.
Will my child be accepted next year, knowing that s/he has achieved the qualification level, but has not been registered by Mawhiba?
Registration is only open to students in the current academic year, as specified in the program’s admission requirements. Mawhiba does not reject any registration requests; however, due to the high volume of applicants and the limited number of available seats, your child has been placed on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted during the upcoming period.
Why does my son appear as unqualified when he is allowed to enroll in Mawhiba Classes and has a qualification score?

No, applications will not be accepted after the registration deadline, as announced on the official website and other platforms.

Will the student receive an SMS apologizing for not being accepted?
Yes, students will be notified via SMS if there are no vacant seats available.

Why does my child appear as "Not Qualified" even though they meet the requirements for Mawhiba Classes and have achieved the necessary qualification score?
Is moving between cities among the reasons for refusing to join Mawhiba Classes?
No, moving between cities does not prevent a student from being accepted into the program. A nominated student may submit a request through the system to change the city, as long as their qualification score meets the required criteria, along with the required documents proving the relocation and the student can monitor the request status through the system.
What are the documents required to change the city where the qualification score is appropriate?
- Proof of the guardian’s employment in addition to proof of residence (house deed, rental contract, electricity bill) in the city to which you want to move

My child is not Saudi, but the mother is Saudi. We are receiving a message stating that the criteria are not met, even though registration is available for the grade and city. How can the registration be completed?
The reason for this message is that the mother's nationality has not been updated in the student's profile on the Mawhiba website. To resolve this, please submit an information update request through the Contact Us page and attach the following documents (mother’s family card - birth certificate - student ID). Once the information is updated, registration can be completed immediately.
My child did not achieve the required qualification level. Can they still be nominated if their score is close to the required level?
The qualification score is a key requirement for admission to the program, and the specified score serves as the basis for nomination. However, you can explore other available Mawhiba programs for the student by checking their record on the Mawhiba portal.
Why don't all the schools listed on the website appear in the preferences list during registration?
The schools shown in the registration system are those that have available seats for students in the Mawhiba Classes for the upcoming academic year, based on the student’s grade and gender. The list of schools displayed on the program page provides a general overview of all schools offering Mawhiba Classes, with availability varying depending on the grade level, stage, and section (boys or girls).
